Shipment Date & Wait Time
✤ Mail is sent out on the first of every month.
✤ Please allow up to 14 business days for U.S. orders and up to 21 business days for international orders: after mailing day on the 1st of the month.

What happens if I don’t receive my letter?
The beauty of snail mail is the slow pace and anticipation of every month; however, sometimes mail does get delayed and even lost. If you have not received your letter by the end of the month (US & Global), please reach out, and we can arrange to send you a replacement! :)
How can I make changes to my address/email/subscription?
You can update your shipping address, billing info, and manage all your account details through the customer portal at any time.
When will I be billed?
Your membership will renew and be billed on the same day each month as your original subscription date.
How can I track my order?
To keep membership affordable, Mail Club orders are shipped using postage stamps and do not include tracking information.
Can I gift a membership to a friend?
Yes! You can gift a Mail Club membership. Just sign up with your recipient’s name and address, or contact me if you’d like help arranging a surprise.
